Green and Black Family Portraits
These matching green and black family portraits were just too fun! I love when a family can relax, get a little silly, and just have a good time during their session. I first met the Stanton Family through their daughter, Daizy. Daizy has been on the AHP 2022 Model Team all year and I have loved getting to know her and her family! They are such a bright and happy group and I cannot wait to tell you all about their session!!
Fall at Ft. Stilly
Fall is probably thee most popular time for family photos! Between the colorful leaves, crisp, cool air, and gorgeous sunlight, Fall is a picture-perfect backdrop! Plus, scheduling early (hint hint, book now!) allows you to get all the planning out of the way before the busy holiday season. What a blessing!
The Stanton Family had their mid-October session at the historic Fort Steilacoom in Lakewood. They coordinated their green and black outfits so they all matched perfectly, which looked AH-mazing against the surrounding autumn atmosphere. They even had matching Doc Martens!! The red silos made it all pop, and looked great with their outfits too! Having family outfits that all match with a certain color scheme helps your photos look more cohesive so you all look sharp and put-together!
Relaxed Family Session
In almost every one of their photos, you can see Daizy and her family laughing, telling jokes, and playing around with each other. This carries through in their fun, relaxed poses. Often, family pictures get a bad wrap for being stuffy and no fun. But that does not have to be the case! Family photos should be a representation of your family and your family values. This means your photos can be anything you want them to be! Whatever season, whatever location, and whatever clothing you love.
